Japanese Dyeing and Weaving Exhibition. Now open!

Hello Reader!
In collaboration with 15 local governments and production centers across Japan, the Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design holds special exhibitions to introduce the value of Japanese traditional crafts of kimono both in Japan and abroad.
Fifteen kimono, obi and other kimono products from 15 production centers in Japan will be exhibited in one place.
About 30 representative kimono productions from various production areas will be gathered.
We will also hold a workshop during the exhibition period to experience “dyeing and weaving”.
We look forward to seeing you at the exhibition.
